Officers Locate Non-Fatal Shooting Victim on East Federal Street

On Aug. 1, at approximately 10:15 p.m., Eastern District patrol officers with the Baltimore Police Department responded to the 300 block of East Federal Street to investigate a ShotSpotter alert.

Once at the location, officers located a male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the leg. The victim was transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Eastern District Shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control of the investigation. Anyone with information is urged to contact Eastern District Shooting detectives at 410-396-2433.
