On Feb. 14, at approximately 11:40 a.m., members of the Warrant Apprehension Task Force (WATF) and Capital Area Regional Fugitive Force (CARFTF) arrested 37-year-old Christopher Bowser in the 200 block of West Pratt Street without incident.
Bowser was transported to the Northwest District, where he was interviewed and then to Central Booking, where he has been charged with attempted first-degree murder.
Bowser remains at Central Booking and is waiting to see a court commissioner.
On Nov. 18, 2022, a 48-year-old male was shot in the 5100 block of Reisterstown Road. The victim was transported to an area hospital, where he was treated and later released.
Northwest District detectives assumed control of the investigation. Further investigation revealed the identity of the suspect, and detectives were able to obtain an arrest warrant.
