On Jan. 24, 2023, at approximately 8:13 p.m., officers for the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) responded to a ShotSpotter alert in the 2000 block of E. North Avenue.
Upon arrival, officers located a 31-year-old woman who was suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to her left leg. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
Eastern District shooting detectives are investigating this incident. Anyone with information is asked to call detectives at 410-396-2433.
