A convicted attempted murder defendant had his sentencing postponed due to the prosecutor being unavailable on Oct. 5 before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Jennifer B. Schiffer.
On Sept. 20, Carroll Brandon Carter was convicted of attempted second-degree murder, reckless endangerment, use of a firearm during a felony violent crime, and possession of a firearm with a felony conviction in connection to an incident on Jan. 9, 2019.
Carter, 24, is represented by defense attorney Janet Andersen.
Carter’s next hearing is scheduled for Nov. 4.
