The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a homicide in the evening of Oct. 13.
According to a news release, officers were called to the 4800 block of Reisterstown road at 7:09 p.m. for discharging firearms, where an unresponsive 56-year-old Stephen Sloman was found suffering from gunshot wounds while sitting in the driver seat of a vehicle.
Medics arrived and pronounced the victim deceased at the scene.
