The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting in the late evening of Oct. 6.
According to a news release, officers were called to the 2500 block of Marbourne Avenue at 10:17 p.m. for reports of a shooting, where a 30-year-old man was found suffering from a non-life threatening gunshot wound.
The victim was transported to an area hospital, by medics, for treatment.
A preliminary investigation revealed that detectives believe this shooting occurred as a result of a robbery gone bad.
