The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a non-fatal shooting in the morning of Oct. 5.
According to a news release, officers were called to the 3000 block of Pinewood Avenue at 8:48 a.m. for reports of a shooting, where 29-year-old Anthony Player was found suffering from gunshot wounds.
The victim was transported by ambulance to an area hospital.
Northeast District Shooting detectives were summoned and assumed control over the investigation. Anyone that has information about this incident is urged to contact detectives at (410)396-2444.
