The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a homicide in the morning of Sept. 20.
According to a news release, patrol officers were called to the 2800 block of Bookert Drive at 9 a.m. for reports of an unresponsive man.
Officers saw Baltimore City medics on the scene who pronounced 24-year-old Delon Bushrod deceased from an apparent gunshot wound.
Homicide Detectives responded to the location and assumed control of the investigation.
