Eastern District patrol officers were called to the 1100 block of Wilmott Court on Sept. 16., at roughly 9:43 a.m. to investigate a reported shooting.
It was there that police found Delanie McCloud pronounced deceased by medics on the scene from a visible gunshot wound to the head.
Baltimore Police Department homicide detectives are asking that anyone with information call 410-396-2100.
