A 29-year-old man has been arrested for the attempted murder of a 29-year-old man on Aug. 5.
The Baltimore Police Department has reported the arrest, Laquawn Mantel Foster, 29, exactly two weeks after the incident on 1211 block of Bernard Drive, where a 29-year-old man was found suffering from gunshot wounds to his body.
Investigators arrested Foster on August 19, while on the 2100 block of West Fayette Street.
