The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a homicide in the morning of Aug. 11.
According to a news release, patrol officers were called to the 800 block of Bradhurst Road around 7:05 a.m. for reports of an unresponsive man, where a 26-year-old man, later identified as Darius Jones IIII was found unresponsive.
Medics pronounced the victim dead on the scene.
The victim’s body was transported to the Medical Examiner’s office where doctors located a fatal gunshot wound.
