A 21-year-old Baltimore man charged with manslaughter had his trial scheduled for January 2023 on Aug. 2 before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa M. Phinn.
Robert Carter, is charged with negligent vehicular manslaughter, automotive/boat manslaughter, and two counts of traffic violation in connection to an incident on July 29, 2021.
Judge Phinn listened as counsel agreed on a trial date.
Carter was represented by defense attorney Warren A. Brown.
Carter’s trial is scheduled for Jan. 31, 2023.
