The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting in the evening of July 30.
According to a news release, officers were called to the 3800 block of Mary Avenue around 8:30 p.m. to investigate reports of a shooting, where a 54-year-old man was found suffering from gunshot to the foot.
The victim refused to be transported to an area hospital.
Northeast District Shooting detectives responded and assumed control over the investigation.
