The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a homicide in the evening of July 29.
According to a news release, officers were called to the 1300 block of E. Fayette Street around 8:42 p.m. for an aggravated assault, where a 59-year-old man was found unconscious and unresponsive.
The victim was taken to John Hopkins hospital, where he was pronounced dead a short time later.
Homicide detectives are investigating this incident.
Preliminary information revealed an unknown juvenile male dressed in all black repeatedly assaulted the victim before fleeing the location.
