A 30-year-old Baltimore man has been arrested for the attempted murder of a 32-year-old and 25-year-old man on July 17.

The Baltimore Police Department has reported the arrest of Mario Diaz, 30, exactly one day after the incident on the 1000 block of S. Potomac Street around 1:57 a.m., where a 32-year-old and 25-year-old man were found suffering from a gunshot to the torso and back.

Detectives believe Diaz shot a 32-year-old male and 25-year-old male victims following an argument.

Following his arrest, Diaz was taken to Central Booking Intake Facility, where he has been charged with two counts of attempted first-degree murder.
