On June 14, the case for an attempted murder was postponed due to the prosecutor being sick.

Larry Alexander Lee Jr., 28, is charged with first and second-degree attempted murder, first and second-degree assault, use of a firearm during a violent crime, and having a handgun on his person in connection to an incident on Oct. 13, 2021.

Lee was represented by defense attorney Roland Harris. Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Phillip S. Jackson presided over the hearing.

According to Maryland’s Judiciary website, Lee’s next hearing has yet to be determined.
