An elderly Baltimore man accused of attempted murder had his case pushed nearly two weeks on June 2 after he was placed in quarantine due to COVID.
Paul Lundy is charged with attempted first and second-degree murder, first and second-degree assault, reckless endangerment, use of a firearm during a violent crime, possession of a firearm with a felony conviction, illegal possession of a regulated firearm, having a handgun on his person, discharging firearms, and illegal possession of ammo in connection to an incident on Nov. 27, 2021.
Before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa M. Phinn on Thursday, counsel informed the court that the defendant is currently in quarantine and requested to reschedule.
Lundy was represented by defense attorney Jonathan Kerr.
The defendant’s next hearing is scheduled for June 14, according to the Maryland Judiciary website.
