The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting in the evening on April 17.
According to a news release, patrol officers were called to the 1500 block of Pennsylvania Avenue around 8:49 p.m. for reports of shots being fired, where they found a 53-year-old man suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
The victim was taken to an area hospital for treatment.
