The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred on April 10 on Wilhelm Street.
According to a news release, officers were called to the 2100 block of Wilhelm Street around 4:15 p.m. to investigate a reported shooting, where they found a 35-year-old female suffering from gunshot wounds.
The victim was transported to an area hospital.
Southwest District Shooting detectives have assumed control over the investigation.
