The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a non-fatal shooting in the late afternoon on April 9.

According to a new release, patrol officers were called to the 3500 block of Noble Street at approximately 4:41 p.m. to investigate a reported shooting, where they found a 38 and 34-year-old man suffering from gunshot wounds. 

The medics took the victim to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries. 

Southeast District shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control over the investigation.
