The case of a Baltimore man charged with attempted murder was not called during reception court on Feb. 2 before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa M.Phinn.

Carroll Brandon Carter, 23, is charged with attempted first and second-degree murder, first and second-degree assault, reckless endangerment, use of a firearm during a violent crime, possession of a firearm with a felony conviction, and malicious destruction of property valued at $1,000 in connection to an incident on Jan. 19, 2019.

According to the Maryland Judiciary website, Carter does not have another hearing scheduled.
