The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a non-fatal shooting that occurred in the evening of Jan. 30 on the 1700 block of N. Smallwood Street.
A 21-year-old man walked into a hospital at approximately 4:10 p.m suffering from a gunshot wound to his foot, according to a news release. After speaking with the victim, police learned he was shot on N. Smallwood Street by an unknown person.
