The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a non-fatal shooting that occurred on the evening of Jan. 28.
A 39-year-old male was walking on the 2400 block of Washington Boulevard when was shot in his back. Police said the victim drove himself to the hospital, where they arrived around 6:45 p.m.
