A Baltimore man allegedly involved in a non-fatal shooting accepted a plea of time served with 18 months supervised probation on Jan. 26 before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa Phinn.
Jordan Chester, 28 is charged with having a loaded handgun on his person, having a handgun on his person, and discharging firearms in connection to an incident on May 30, 2021.
On Wednesday, Judge Phinn listened as the prosecutor presented a plea of three years suspending all but time served with 18 months supervised probation for having a loaded handgun on his person.
Chester and his defense attorney, Megan Lewis, accepted the plea.
