The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a homicide in the late evening on Jan. 24.
According to a news release, patrol officers were called to the 2200 block of Ruskin Avenue at approximately 10:07 p.m. for several shot-spotter alerts, where they found 28-year-old Donte Lee suffering from multiple gunshots to the body.
The medics pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
