The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting in the afternoon on Jan. 22.
According to a news release, patrol officers were called to the 2900 block of Allendale Road at approximately 2:12 p.m. for reports of shots being fired, where they found 30-year-old Avian Porter unresponsive inside a vehicle suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
Medics took the victim to an area hospital, where he later died.
