A 23-year-old man was shot on Dec. 18 along S. Fulton Avenue and Cole Street.
Around 6:45 p.m., the Baltimore Police Department reported, officers were called to the area and found the victim with a non-life threatening gunshot wound.
The victim was taken to a hospital for treatment.
