A 33-year-old man was fatally shot in the head in the late evening on Dec. 7.
Around 10:20 p.m. on Tuesday, the Baltimore Police Department reported, officers were called to the 3900 block of Edgewood Road for a report of gunfire. The victim, later identified as Desmond Carr, was found with a gunshot wound to his head and pronounced dead by medics at the scene.
