All charges were dropped on Oct. 28 against a man accused of shooting a woman in March.
Shawn Mackey, 27, was charged two counts of attempted first and second-degree murder, and eleven other various charges in connection to a shooting on March 5. According to CBS Baltimore, officers were called to the 900 block of S. Caton Avenue after a reported shooting around 3:30 a.m., where they found a woman with a gunshot wound to her back.
During reception court on Thursday, the prosecution announced that they were dropping all charges against Mackey who was represented by his defense attorney, Hunter Pruette.
