A 19-year-old man was arrested and charged with attempted murder after allegedly shooting his ex-girlfriend during an argument on Sept. 5.
According to the Baltimore Police Department, Dorian Milstred allegedly shot a 19-year-old woman earlier this month on the 2700 block of Atkinson Street. Officers arrived at the scene around midnight and found the woman with a grazed gunshot wound to her right ear.
Police said Milstred ran from the scene before they arrived, while the victim was taken to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
On Sept. 22, Milstred was taken to Central Booking and charged with attempted first-degree murder.
