A non-fatal shooting case scheduled on the Baltimore City Circuit Court docket for July 26 was not heard by Judge Melissa M. Phinn during reception court.
The defendant, 32, faces a total of 48 charges in connection to an incident on April 16, 2020.
He is charged with four counts of first-degree assault and discharging a gun in Baltimore; eight counts of reckless endangerment; 11 counts of fourth-degree burglary; three counts of fourth-degree burglary of a store; 12 counts of malicious destruction of property valued under $1,000; two counts of firearm use in a violent crime; and one count each of carrying a handgun on his person, second-degree assault, malicious destruction of property valued over $1,000, and possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
The defendant is represented by defense attorney Avie Stone.
According to the Maryland Judiciary website, the defendant is scheduled for a remote hearing via Zoom at 9 a.m. on Sept. 21.
