Southeast District Homicide Investigation
On August 27, 2026, at approximately 8:42 p.m., Baltimore Police Department Southeast District officers responded to the 500 block of N. Lakewood Avenue for a report of a shooting.
Upon arrival, officers located an unidentified male suffering from a gunshot wound.
The male was transported to an area hospital for treatment, but was pronounced deceased a short time later.
Homicide Detectives responded to the scene and are asking anyone with information to contact them at 410-396-2100.
