Park Heights Road Rage Shooter Sentenced to 55 Years

Kevin Glenn Jr. was sentenced to 55 years in prison on July 13 before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Dana Michele Middleton.

Glenn, 48, was convicted of two counts of second-degree attempted murder in connection to a shooting on Sept. 25, 2025 after a minor traffic accident on Park Heights Avenue that escalated into a violent confrontation. He was also charged with first-degree assault, reckless endangerment, and multiple firearm related offenses.

After the fender bender, Glenn exited his vehicle and fired six shots total. One victim was hit in the face, causing the loss of an eye and permanent speech impairment.

According to the prosecution, Glenn has “complete disregard for other people” and the victims’ lives are “forever changed because of it.”

One of the victims addressed the court during sentencing, saying, “I feel bad for Mr. Glenn because he has to live with what he did.”

Defense attorney Augustine Okeke said that Glenn never intended to hurt anyone.

“I am deeply, deeply remorseful,” Glenn told the court.
