78-Year-Old Woman, 22-Year-Old Man Shot in Cherry Hill

The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a shooting investigation in the Southern District.

On May 6, at approximately 3:03 p.m., Southern District officers responded to the 800 block of Seagull Avenue in reference to a report of a shooting.

Upon arrival, officers located a 78-year-old woman with a gunshot wound to her leg. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment.

Shortly after, officers learned that a shooting victim had walked into another hospital seeking treatment.

At the hospital, officers observed a 22-year-old man with a non-life threatening gunshot wound to his foot.

Southern District detectives are investigating the incident.
