The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a shooting investigation in the Southeast District.
On April 18, at approximately 4:23 p.m., officers responded to an area hospital to investigate a report of a walk-in shooting victim seeking treatment.
Upon arrival at the hospital, officers located an 24-year-old man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his extremities. The victim is listed in stable condition.
Preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was shot while on the 700 block of N. Chester Street when he was shot.
Southeast District shooting detectives have assumed control of the investigation.
