Man Faces Attempted Murder Charges for Washington Village Shooting

In reference to a shooting that occurred Feb. 18 in the Southern District, detectives have arrested 41-year-old Samuel Partlow of Baltimore.

Partlow was arrested in connection to the shooting of a 40-year-old man, whom officers initially located on the 700 block of Washington Boulevard. Investigators later determined the victim was shot on the 800 block of Reinhardt Street.

On Feb. 19, officers arrested Partlow and transported him to the Central Booking & Intake Facility, where he was charged with attempted first-degree murder.
