The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a homicide investigation in the Northwest District.
On Dec. 18, at approximately 1:38 a.m., Northwest District patrol officers responded to a home in the 2400 block of Elsinore Avenue for a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, officers located a 43-year-old man suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
Medics transported the victim to an area hospital, where he later died.
Homicide detectives are conducting the investigation.
