Man Accused of Assaulting Girlfriend Pleads Guilty

The third co-defendant accused of an attempted murder in Baltimore City’s Glen neighborhood last year pleaded guilty to second-degree assault on Sept. 27 before Circuit Court Judge Jennifer B. Schiffer.

Baltimore resident Dominick Graham, 37, appeared in court alongside his defense attorney, Andrea Jaskulsky. The prosecution offered Graham a plea of ten years, suspending all but three years, and five years of supervised probation in addition to paying $800 in restitution, which the defendant accepted.

Graham and his co-defendants, 38-year-old Sierra Hansley and 33-year-old Bianca Medley-Palmer, were originally facing attempted murder, assault, robbery and other related charges for the incident on Sept. 9, 2023, on the 3900 block of Fords Lane. Court documents state that the victim, Graham’s girlfriend, was talking on her phone when she realized the defendant was using a phone location feature to find her location.

A short time later, the three co-defendants arrived at Fords Lane where Graham pushed the victim and took her phone as she tried to call the Baltimore Police Department. Hansley then punched the victim, hit her with a stick and threatened to stab her before getting a handgun from Medley-Palmer’s car and shooting the victim.

Medley-Palmer was later identified as the driver on the night of the shooting.

On July 16, Hansley pleaded guilty to 25 years, suspending all but 10 years, for first-degree assault and a concurrent five years for firearm use in a felony or violent crime as well as five years for supervised probation. Bianca Medley-Palmer pleaded guilty the same day to conspiracy to commit second-degree assault for 10 years, suspending all but time served, and two years of supervised probation and pay $1,100 in restitution.
