On Sept. 20, at approximately 7:02 a.m., Southern District patrol officers responded to an area hospital for a report of a walk-in shooting victim.
Once there, Baltimore Police Department officers located a 45-year-old male suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the top of the foot.
The victim informed officers the shooting occurred in the unit block of North Eutaw Street.
