Western District Shooting Victim Flags Down Officer, Receives Treatment

On Sept. 15, at approximately 5:24 p.m., a Baltimore Police Department officer was approached on the 1500 block of West North Avenue by a 20-year-old male victim who said he had been shot.

Lifesaving measures were performed until medics arrived, at which point, the victim was transported to an area hospital for further treatment for apparent multiple gunshot wounds.
