The Baltimore Police Department is investigating the death of a 52-year-old man who went to a hospital for life-threatening cuts to his body.
Around 10:15 p.m. on Nov. 10, police were called to the hospital and found Charles Simmons with several serious cuts. The victim later died from his injuries.
Police said they believe the incident occurred on the 400 block of North Port Street.
