A Baltimore woman who was allegedly involved in a non-fatal shooting rejected a plea offer before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa M. Phinn.
The defendant, 30, is charged with second-degree assault, reckless endangerment, neglect of a minor, and discharging a firearm in connection to an incident on Sept. 27, 2019.
Judge Phinn listened as the prosecution presented a plea of three years for neglect of a minor and one year for discharging a firearm. The sentences would have run concurrently.
The defendant and her defense attorney Landon White rejected the plea.
Her trial is scheduled for Jan. 28, 2022.
