The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a walk-in shooting victim in the early morning hours on April 21.
According to a news release, officers were called to an area hospital at approximately 1:00 a.m. for reports of a walk-in shooting victim seeking treatment, where they found a 25-year-old man suffering from a gunshot to the foot.
Central District shooting detectives responded and assumed control over the investigation.
