22-Year-Old Man Shot While Driving on Franklin Street

The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a non-fatal shooting that took place on June 17.

According to a press release, officers received a report of a walk-in shooting victim around 10:59 p.m. Upon arriving at a local hospital, they discovered a 22-year-old man with a non-life threatening gunshot wound to the head.

He said he was shot while driving on the 1700 block of Franklin Street.
