In reference to a Feb. 3, 2024 homicide that occurred in the Western District, investigators have arrested Noah Diggs, 18, of Baltimore and a teenage girl, 17, from Baltimore.
Investigators learned that Diggs and the female suspect were responsible for fatally shooting Melvin White, 55, while in the 3000 block of Edmondson Avenue.
On April 3, Warrant Apprehension Unit detectives arrested the female suspect without incident and transported her to the Central Booking & Intake Facility, where she was charged with first-degree-murder.
Diggs, who was already incarcerated on unrelated charges, was officially charged with first-degree murder for the death of White.
Both suspects are being held without bail.
