The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting in the late afternoon on April 12.
According to a news release, patrol officers were called to the 3600 block of Lyndale Avenue at approximately 4:42 p.m. for reports of a shooting, where they found 24-year-old Deontae Curry suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
The medics took the victim to an area hospital, where his condition is unknown.
This victim was pronounced deceased on Sept. 2 and his death was ruled a homicide on Nov. 21.
