A 22-year-old man has been arrested for the murder of another 22-year-old man on April 2.
The Baltimore Police Department has reported the arrest of Tavon Jamal Green, 22, exactly 10 weeks after the incident on the 1300 block of W. Baltimore Street, where 22-year-old Joshua Whittington was found suffering from gunshot wounds.
On April 7, Whittington died from those injuries sustained in the shooting, said police.
Following his arrest, Green was taken to Central Booking Intake Facility, where he has been charged with first-degree murder.
