The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a non-fatal shooting that occurred on July 17.

According to a press release, officers were called to a local hospital around 11 p.m. 

Upon arrival, officers found a 36-year-old woman seeking treatment for a non-life threatening gunshot wound to her buttocks.

The victim said she was shot on the 6600 block of Reisterstown Road.
