The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a shooting investigation in the Southern District.
On April 23, at approximately 6:39 p.m., officers responded to the 2400 block of Cedley Street for a reported shooting.
Upon arrival, officers located a 31-year-old woman inside a vehicle with an apparent gunshot wound to the head. The victim was transported to an area hospital and is listed in critical but stable condition.
Southern District shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control of the investigation.
