On March 13, at approximately 7:17 a.m., Northwest District patrol officers responded to the 4000 block of Alto Road for a report of a shooting.
Once there, Baltimore Police Department officers located 49-year-old Christine Liddic-Rozzell suffering from an apparent life-threatening gunshot wound.
Medics responded to the location and transported the victim to an area hospital, where she later died.
